§ 144.296 — Copies of Recordings

Gives patients the right to get copies of recordings (audio, video, or digital) made during their health care.
144.296 COPIES OF RECORDINGS.
A provider may not release a copy of a recording of a child victim or alleged victim of physical or sexual abuse without a court order under section 13.03, subdivision 6, or as provided in section 611A.90. This section does not limit the right of a patient to view or listen to the recording.
