§ 144.4171 — Scope

§
Subdivision 1.Authority.
Under the powers and duties assigned to the commissioner in sections 144.05 and 144.12, the commissioner shall proceed according to sections 144.4171 to 144.4186 with respect to persons who pose a health threat to others or who engage in noncompliant behavior. §
Subd. 2.Preemption.
Sections 144.4171 to 144.4186 preempt and supersede any local ordinance or rule concerning persons who pose a health threat to others or who engage in noncompliant behavior.
