§ 155A.36 — Violations; Penalties

155A.36 VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of sections 155A.21 to 155A.36 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Practical Notes
A misdemeanor conviction can result in up to 90 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000, in addition to any administrative penalties the board may impose.
