§ 168.057 — Fees Credited to Highway User Fund

All fees collected from drive-away in-transit licenses go into the state highway user tax distribution fund.

168.057 FEES CREDITED TO HIGHWAY USER FUND.

All fees derived from sections 168.053 to 168.057 shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the highway user tax distribution fund.
