§ 256S.15 — Establishment of Elderly Waiver Service Rates and Service Rate Limits

Subdivision 1.Statewide service rates and service rate limits.
The commissioner shall establish statewide service rates and service rate limits. The commissioner shall publish updated service rates and service rate limits at least annually. §
Subd. 2.Foster care limit.
The elderly waiver payment for the foster care service in combination with the payment for all other elderly waiver services, including case management, must not exceed the monthly case mix budget cap for the participant as specified in sections 256S.18, subdivision 3, and 256S.19, subdivision 3.
