§ 327C.15 — Remedies; Penalties; Enforcement

Counties and cities can adopt ordinances related to manufactured home parks that provide greater protections than state law.

327C.15 REMEDIES; PENALTIES; ENFORCEMENT.

Any violation of sections 327C.015 to 327C.14 is a violation of a law referred to in section 8.31, subdivision 1.
