§ 473.251 — Metropolitan Livable Communities Fund

Creates the Metropolitan Livable Communities Fund to support affordable housing and community development in the metro area.

473.251 METROPOLITAN LIVABLE COMMUNITIES FUND.

The metropolitan livable communities fund is created and consists of the following accounts:

(1) the tax base revitalization account;

(2) the livable communities demonstration account;

(3) the local housing incentives account; and

(4) the inclusionary housing account.

Practical Notes

Metro cities can apply for grants from this fund for housing, brownfield cleanup, and mixed-use development projects.
