§ 84D.07 — Regulated Invasive Species

This section gives the DNR commissioner power to issue permits for activities that would otherwise be prohibited under the invasive species laws, such as research, biological control, or education programs.
84D.07 REGULATED INVASIVE SPECIES.
Except as provided in rules adopted under section 84D.12, subdivision 2, clause (1), a person may not introduce a regulated invasive species without a permit issued by the commissioner.
