§ 336.10-103 — General Repealer

All laws inconsistent with the UCC are repealed, except as provided in the following section.

336.10-103 GENERAL REPEALER.

Except as provided in the following section, all laws and parts of laws inconsistent with this chapter are hereby repealed.
