§ 524.2-1001 — Definitions

524.2-1001 DEFINITIONS.
§
Subdivision 1.Scope.
For the purposes of sections 524.2-1001 to 524.2-1010, the terms defined in this section have the meanings ascribed to them. §
Subd. 2.International will.
“International will” means a will executed in conformity with sections 524.2-1002 to 524.2-1005. §
Subd. 3.Authorized person.
“Authorized person” and “person authorized to act in connection with international wills” means a person who by section 524.2-1009, or by the laws of the United States including members of the diplomatic and consular service of the United States designated by Foreign Service Regulations, is empowered to supervise the execution of international wills.
