§ 524.2-1105 — When Disclaimer is Permitted
Plain-Language Summary
A person may disclaim any interest in property at any time, even after the interest becomes available. However, the disclaimer must be made before accepting the property.

A disclaimer may be made at any time unless it is barred under section 524.2-1106.
