2025 Session Last amended: 2013 session

§ 14.63 — Application

Plain-Language Summary

Any person or agency aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case can seek judicial review. The petition for review is filed with the Court of Appeals. The petition must be filed within 30 days of the party receiving the final decision.

Practical Notes
You have 30 days after receiving the final agency decision to file for judicial review in the Court of Appeals. Missing this deadline may forfeit your right to appeal. The filing deadline begins when you receive the decision, not when the agency makes it.
