§ 203B.04 — Application for Ballots

Practical Notes
Apply for your absentee ballot as early as possible to make sure you receive it in time. You need to provide your name, address, date of birth, and a Minnesota driver’s license number, state ID number, or the last four digits of your Social Security number. You can request that ballots be sent to you for all elections in a calendar year.
