§ 214.07 — Reports

Plain-Language Summary

Licensing boards must prepare regular reports about their activities. Non-health boards report every two years to the governor, covering meetings, finances, licensing data, complaints, and exam results. Health boards report to an administrative services unit, which then compiles a summary report for the governor and legislature.

Practical Notes
These reporting requirements ensure public accountability of licensing boards. The reports include data on how many people are licensed, how many complaints were received, and how board funds were spent. Health board reports use a common format to allow comparison across boards.
