2025 Session Last amended: 1983 session

§ 240.20 — Appeals

Plain-Language Summary

Anyone who disagrees with a decision of the Racing Commission can appeal it through the process described in sections 14.63 to 14.68 of Minnesota Statutes.

Practical Notes
If the Racing Commission makes a decision that affects you, such as denying or revoking a license, you have the right to appeal. Appeals follow the standard administrative appeal process, which involves filing with the Court of Appeals.
