§ 325D.66 — Action Not Barred as Affecting or Involving Interstate or Foreign Commerce

Practical Notes
If your city or county is overcharged due to price-fixing or other anticompetitive behavior (like bid-rigging on a public contract), the government can sue to recover triple damages.
