§ 336.2-706 — Seller's Resale Including Contract for Resale

After the buyer breaches, the seller can resell the goods and recover the difference between the contract price and the resale price, plus incidental damages. The resale must be in good faith and commercially reasonable. It can be public or private, and the seller must give the buyer reasonable notice.
