Plain-Language Summary

The Revisor of Statutes publishes all rules in a compiled form called Minnesota Rules. The Revisor can make minor editorial corrections without changing the meaning of the rules. The compiled version is presumed to be an accurate copy of the official rules.

Practical Notes
Minnesota Rules is the compiled, organized version of all agency rules. The Revisor can fix formatting issues, update cross-references, and correct errors without changing the rules’ substance. If there is a conflict between the compiled version and the filed version, the filed version with the Secretary of State controls.
