§ 142G.10 — Mfip Eligibility Requirements

142G.10 MFIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
§
Subdivision 1.MFIP eligibility requirements.
To be eligible for MFIP, applicants must meet the general eligibility requirements in sections 142G.11 to 142G.15, the property limitations in section 256P.02, and the income limitations in sections 142G.16 and 256P.06. §
Subd. 2.Verification of information.
An agency must apply section 256P.04 when documenting, verifying, and recertifying MFIP eligibility. An agency must only require verification of information necessary to determine MFIP eligibility and the amount of the assistance payment.
