Required topics include fair housing law and agency representation. The commissioner sets module requirements each year.

Practical Notes
Real estate licensees must stay current with their education to keep their license active. Courses in motivation or salesmanship do not count. At least one hour each period must cover fair housing, and one hour must cover agency representation. Brokers have additional module requirements.
